What The Flock?

Ian Bouslough

Ian our staff engineer came to us as a greenhorn right out of school. Since realizing he went there for nothing, he joined up with the likes of us to create amazing music!

He is a truly talented producer/engineer and has surpassed all of our expectations in talent and chill.

Dephrase

aka Daniel Babai

Our Head Engineer/Producer Dan oversees all things in the studio. None shall call him equal for he is superior in all things vibe.

Dan is the type of guy that can only make good things. He pours out creativity and mixes his audio batter into a loaf of delicious sonic bread. He can cook up hip-hop, R&B, electronic, pop, indie, rock it doesn't matter. He's the perfect mix of creative and professional and we love him.

Eric Alper

Eric has been with Ugly Duck from the beginning. He is like a pillar the studio has literally been built with.

He is an accomplished guitar player and engineer with experiecnce in all genres from hip-hop to classical and specializing in Rock, Indie, Metal, Punk, Death Metal and basically all sub genres of "heavy".

Brendan McGillan

Brendan does not only make great music but they also make great videos for our social media. They also can produce any genre of music.

Before they joined the team they already had their own business that they managed all on their own. We respect their hard work for the arts.

Gabriel Jones

Gabe is the newest Engineer on the team and also is the Studio Operations Manager. He deals with most of the admin work for the studio and if you get an email or a call it is most likely going to be from Gabe.

He got hired right out of college thanks to his hard work and persistence to always show up as an intern. He's such a vital part of that he is already known as the "dad" of the studio.
